Well, MSN and Hotmail seem to be down this morning. I won't be able to get to my email to counsel until they resolve the problem. I've tried from two (2) browsers, so the cookies aren't the problem.
If you submitted a contact form, give it a little extra time. Sorry about this, out of my control....
